Purchases in Australia, $200 AUD and above
- AusPost Registered Post - $10 AUD -
Overseas purchases of $200 AUD to $500 AUD
- AusPost - International Standard (with online tracking) - $45~65 AUD
- AusPost - Registered Post (signature on delivery, no online tracking) - $25 AUD
- DHL Express (online tracking) - $90 AUD -
Overseas purchases of $501 AUD and above
- DHL Express (online tracking) - $120 AUD -
Accessories only (straps), Australia and overseas
- AusPost (no tracking) - $7 AUD
These rates generally follow a one size fits all policy and is our best estimation for the shipping rate including handling. Please note that we will require your telephone number for delivery in addition to the shipping address.
Shipment duration
Ship send off occurs less than 3 days after the item is purchased and payment is confirmed excluding Sundays and Australian holidays. This is the time the courier accepts the delivery. If your purchase has tracking you should receive your tracking number within 5 business days with the same exclusions.
AusPost usually takes 10 business days or two weeks to deliver after send off. If your package has not arrived by then, please contact us and we'll follow it up. Shipments may take longer than two weeks on certain destinations like Mexico, China, and European countries. If you wish to have it delivered faster, consider the DHL Express option.
DHL Express takes about 5 business days to get your parcel delivered after the send off.
We may use TNT or other comparable courier service in place of DHL depending should it be prohibitive to use the latter (though unlikely) even if you have purchased the DHL Express shipping option. In such cases, no rate adjustment is necessary on your part.
Lost or extremely delayed items. These do happen for various reasons. Let us know right away if you suspect this has occurred and we'll see what we can do from our end.
If this happened in the country of destination, it would be best to contact your local post office branch for its status. We'll try to locate it for you if information is available to us.
Note: Delivery is also affected by courier business hours in your area so take into account weekends and holidays in estimating shipping time.

Taxes
Prices are exclusive of GST for Australian customers and it should be reflected in the tax invoice you receive when you purchase from our store. It's rated as 10% of the total purchase for all local orders.
